Shipping takes 1-3 days according to USPS Priority Mail specifications. Most of the time orders are sent within 24 hours of being placed, but are subject to product availability.
The website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.
We will accept return of unused or unneeded items if they are in the original packaging and have not been used. Because some items are consumable products and are hygienic in nature, we cannot accept products, such as, eliquid and cartomizers for any reason. Standard atomizers/cartomizers are under warranty for 14 days against manufacturing defects starting the day you receive them.
